How to Run Your Cycle

• Osta-Plex: Because prohormones were created for men, we recommend beginning with 1 tablet per day in the morning. If you are feeling ok, you can move up to taking an additional tablet 8-12 hours later. Do this for 8 weeks.

Once your 8 week cycle is completed, you will take Harmonize twice per day. One tablet in the morning and one tablet 8-12 hours later. This is to regulate your body and get it back to normal.
